Using the service

Access to LeadLance is granted through an account in good standing. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Credits and billing

Subscription plans grant a monthly credit balance used for revealing and exporting contacts. Additional credits can be purchased separately. Fees are billed in advance and are generally non refundable except as described in our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Contact data accessed through LeadLance must be used in compliance with applicable law, including anti spam and data protection regulations in your jurisdiction. Reselling raw data outside an approved reseller agreement is not permitted.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any individual contact record and are not liable for outcomes resulting from outreach conducted using data from the platform.
