Subscription plans
Subscription charges are generally non refundable once a billing period has started. You can cancel future renewals at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the current period.
Credit top ups
One time credit purchases are non refundable once the credits have been added to your account.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within thirty days of the charge and we will review it.
